Green Line Architects seeks Architectural Intern (1-4 years experience)
Minimum 4 year architecture degree.
Green Line Architects, PC is a collaborative design and service-oriented, architecture firm located in Carbondale, Colorado. An award-winning firm, Green Line specializes in forward-thinking design of single and multi-family homes from high-end custom to affordable housing; small commercial projects and agricultural buildings.
Intern candidates should be familiar with and ready to contribute to the design of:
High performance buildings;
Solar buildings (passive solar, building-integrated PV and solar hot water);
Architectural interiors;
Historic preservation projects;
Renewable energy systems;
Applied building science and building science research;
Land planning & entitlements;
Space planning;
Affordable housing;
Small commercial projects;
Restaurants;
and
Agricultural buildings.
Extra credit if you have experience with Living Buildings or PassivHaus design.
Valley residents preferred.
ArchiCad experience a plus.
Candidates must have an excellent sense of design, a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.
IDP candidates will receive experience in all categories of work.
